Lovely stay, great location and value Had a lovely short stay at Yaya Hotel and Apartments. Friendly staff, clean spacious suites, good value and great location right next to Yaya Center mall. Easy walking distance to many shops and restaurants. Nice renovations just completed.

Elegant and Comfortable Yaya Apartment accommodation is usually a home away from home for me. I will only transit through Nairobi with a stopover in this luxurious and spacious apartment. The apartment ambiance makes you want to remain indoors, and the swimming pool with the inviting sunshine is always gorgeous—a grand place to reside for an extended period without missing your bedroom. The state-of-the-art kitchen facilities are exemplary.

Great place to stay We loved this place. We were in Nairobi on holiday (a family consisting of two adults and two children). It was safe, clean, comfortable and very convenient. The apartment we stayed in was generously sized. The staff, expertly headed by Simon Miller were always on hand to assist with any issues. We therefore have no hesitation in recommending Yaya apartments.

Unser neuer Favorit in Nairobi Jemand, der meine Bewertungen liest, wird feststellen, dass wir bis jetzt einen Favoriten in Nairobi hatten. Dies hat sich nun geändert. Yaya ist unser neuen Zuhause, wenn wir in Kenia sind. Die Lage, die Apartments, die Mitarbeiter….. alles top!!! Lage: Hotel/Apartments sind direkt neben dem Yaya Center, einem größeren Einkauszentrum. Dort gibt es auch einen ganz tollen Masaii Markt. Ist also sehr zentral gelegen. Wir konnten alles schnell erreichen. Apartments: Super modern, groß und mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen guten Aufenthalt benötigt. Klimaanlage ist auch da, wurde aber nicht wirklich benötigt, da es nachts immer kühl genug war. Mitarbeiter: Die Mitarbeiter sind einfach super toll!!!! Alle sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Nichts was wir benötigten war zu viel oder konnte nicht gemacht werden. Von der Security am Eingang bis zur Reinigungskraft, alle waren super!!! Um es zusammenzufassen, unser Aufenthalt war einfach top. Wir haben uns so wohlgefühlt, dass wir gar nicht mehr heim wollten. Das Gebäude wird nach wie vor renoviert, es wurde im Erdgeschoß und in der Tiefgarage gearbeitet, aber das hat uns überhaupt nicht gestört. Es wurde super gehandhabt mit Arbeitszeiten, die die Gäste am wenigsten stören. Es gibt dort auch ein Schwimmbad (draußen), leider war es etwas zu kalt, aber die Kinder haben es trotzdem sehr genossen. Wer also nach Nairobi geht, ist mit Yaya Hotel/Apartments sehr gut beraten! Ich kann es nur empfehlen.

Another lovely stay at Yaya I have been staying at the apartments over the years and pre renovations. I have always enjoyed my stay and found the apartments to be extremely comfortable, well equipped, clean and in a great location and now they are more beautiful after the renovations. The staff are a big asset and it is so lovely to be welcomed each time I come back. Many thanks to Jacinta, Ruth and Tom for amazing service as always. My family have now experienced a lovely stay at the apartments. I am already looking forward to my next visit. Many thanks.

Lovely apartment, great value for money and excellent customer service The apartment was large and nicely furnished. It was extremely comfortable to come back to after a hectic day of sightseeing. We especially liked the connection to the neighbouring mall which meant it was easy to pop out to eat or grab a take-out. The staff were exceptional. All were very friendly and customer service oriented. Overall we felt the Yaya offered good value and would stay here again.

Exploring Kenya We loved our stay at Yaya Hotel and Apartments. We were celebrating our anniversary and they made it so romantic with rose petals and bouquet of flowers. I lovey touch which was sincerely appreciated. The Hotel is centrally located to amenities and easy to access using Uber. The only unfortunate part is that our water was cold, we took cold showers. Even after countless request, the problem was not fixe.

Great staff Stayed for a week. The staff from reception desk, security, housekeeping were all very professional and nice. They made our stay wonderful. Location is near to city center and shopping. The rooms were renovated recently. Too modern looking and lacks any Kenyan decor. The gym, swimming pool and tennis court need serious upgrade. Otherwise great experience

Peace and Tranquility Should you need peace, tranquility, and a dream apartment both for yourself, family, or friends with great ambiance and the easiest access to shopping malls, eateries, and pubs, then the most recommended place to be is Yaya Apartment Center. It’s newly refurbished, clean, and comfortable. I will describe it as spectacular!
